Dubai International Peace Convention – The Countdown Begins
Time never seizes to fly and the days fly exponentially faster than time itself. Thursday the 11th of March is now officially over which prompted us to begin the countdown to make way for the making of history. The Dubai International Peace Convention is ready to plant its oasis of knowledge amidst the desert sands and we in the Middle East are for once excited about something other than crude oil!
Bring out your marker pens and circle out the 18tth, 19th and 20th of March as a day reserved for spiritual awakening. The inaugural event will feature an International Islamic Conference, Islamic Bazaar and a Unique Exhibition precisely planned out to hit home hard!
The event (Insha Allah) will be highlighted by a Jummah Salah conducted by Shk. Abdur Rahman Al Sudais - Imam of the Masjid-e-Haram and harmonized by the melodious Quran recitation of Shk Mishary El-Afassy - Imam of the Kuwait Grand Mosque.
We expect you to be there in train loads to be a part of the historic event or expect you to sit on a sand dune overlooking the Burj Khalifa regretting the tall opportunity that you missed!
Venue: Dubai Airport Expo
Date: 18th, 19th and 20th of March 2010
Time: 5PM on the 18th of March

Don’t take this personally; I’m talking about the people of Middle-East, here. I have been there for 7 long years: they don’t practice what they preach, as far as I know.

Salam brother
People in the Middle East and the Muslim world in general are suffering from poverty and injustice because of their corrupt governments and their allies ( the Zionists).
Giving the money spent on this event for charity and helping the poor is better than having such useless conferences and preaching peace when there is no justice.
